SAP B1 Open Sales Order Balance

Hi

 

I am trying to create a custom backorder report using standard and user-defined fields on the sales order entry through query generator- but I am having problems finding the current sales order value.

 

I can only bring up the original order total value [ORDR DocTotal]- even if a partial delivery has been made from the order. So I can get the original document total, just not the current document total. I really just need the current order total value to display (not line by line).

 

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I wanna ask about How to add/create additional page in Crystal Report Layout SAP B1 ?

I want when user print Purchase Order then on last page also print some page like Penalty Clause etc.

Pls help me to find the solution.

Inventory Audit report query

Hi,

 

Need to know whether anyone has written a query  for SAP B1's Inventory Audit report? Reason for re-write query is because my customer requested to have Supplier PO number to be reflected in this report. As you know it only shows GRPO number, so I have to re-write it in query.

 

They also need Unit Cost. I have problem to calculate the unit cost as I couldnt get the cummulative qty from OINM table. Anyone has idea on this? Thanks in advance.

Crystal Report Layout asking for Login Info

I have modified the Delivery Note Crystal Report Layout for Business One by clicking the Edit button on the Report and Layout Manager for Delivery Note (Items).  I then saved my modifications to a file.  Finally, I go into Business One and import the Layout for Delivery Note (Items).  When I preview the Layout it asks me for login information then continues to fail.  How dow I make it so I can print the Delivery without having to constantly log in?

Frequently asked questions:

1. Are user defined fields supported by the crystal converter?

Yes, they are supported

 

2. Can Copy Express copy the layouts from one database to another?

No, this is not possible and not needed, as the new Report and Layout Manager within SAP Business One 8.8 can export and import  converted SAP Crystal Reports layouts.

 

3. Can the converted Crystal Report be visible/used as a non-8.8 version of SAP B1 as a normal Crystal Report?

So far, a converted report could only run on 8.8 and later versions. It needs support by the core functionalities of SAP Business One 8.8.

 

Recommendation

The converted SAP Crystal Reports layouts do not provide all the features of SAP Crystal Reports. If time permits, you should develop any required layouts using SAP Crystal Reports.

Print multiple copies in Crystal Report

Hi All,

 

I have created layouts with Crystal 2008 . I need to print first copy as original , second as duplicate and the third as triplicate . I know it is possible using PLD but i need it in CR. Is there any work-around for this problem ? I am using SAP Business One 8.8 PL 10 , Crystal Reports Basic 2008 and SQL Server 2008.

Crystal Reports - How to pass a parameter from Main Report to a subreport?

Hi everybody,

 

I am developing a Crystal Report consisting of a Main Report and a Subreport (Say CR_Main1 and CR_Sub1)

 

Both reports use only ONE and the same parameter (say @BPCode).

 

Both reports derive their data from Stored Procedures (which I wrote in Management Studio).

Let's say they are called dbo. usp_main and dbo.usp_sub

 

I used dbo_usp_main as datasource to populate the main report. This process automatically creates the parameter @BPCode in CR_Main1

 

I then used dbo_usp_sub as datasource to populate the subreport. This process likewise creates the parameter @BPCode in CR_Sub1

 

Then I insert the Subreport into the Main Report as hyperlinks (On-demand subreports)

 

When I run the Main Report, I get TWO blank fields in the Selection Criteria box to enter the BP Code.

 

I was expecting only ONE input field to appear.

 

I intend to add up to 10 subreports. So this means I must input the same BP Code in 11 boxes??

 

Can anyone give me an idea how to overcome the problem of multiple input boxes?

 

Since I need only one and the same @BPCode for all reports, I want only 1 input box.

The input will then be passed to all stored procedures.

 

I need to work with stored procedures as my reports are very slow without them.

The parameter needs to be passed to the sp, not CR so that they are run on server, and pass only a limited results set to CR

 

 

Any help is much appreciated.

Adding Invoices to Deliveries query

Experts,

 

I have a query that I want to populate with Invoice details too. This one is listing all the Deliveries and details that was entered on a Service Call Expenses tab.

 

I get no data back with this query.

Crystal Report as Default Print Layout Parameter

Dear Experts,

 

I have imported a crystal report as Layout for AR Invoice and Set it as default report. When I take print preview of AR Invoice (Crystal Report Layout), it opens but it starts asking for parameter i.e. AR Invoice number. In fact it shoud not be asking for Parameter AR Invoice should with asking for Parameter.

 

Is there any specific setting we need to make ?

Printing Invoice Dot Matrix Printer in the paper size 9.5 x 11 inches

Dear All, 

 

Am using Pre-printed Stationery but I have a problem with  printing configuration for AR Invoice through Dot Matrix Printer in paper size 9.5 x 11 inches, when command to print the first page it print perfect but the continuation  is not start on the body of the contents but it start from the header of the pre-printed stationery  any one with experience on this please share with me.
